Because I was born and raised in England (Yorkshire) I have an affinity for British comfort foods. I made breakfast this morning with almost all the proper ingredients....Chips (French fries) English bangers (made in USA) and Heinz Baked Beans, (made in UK). Of course there are many other additions that could be included.....fried mushrooms, fried tomato, bread and butter, etc Also the condiment of choice would be HP sauce. Cheers mate.... very tasty!

I I set up my tripo and camera first.....pointed at the kitchen table. Then I started cooking every thing. Once it was all arranged on the plate it set it on the kitchen table. I might have taken 5 photographs before I brushed my equipment aside and dug in. OOOOOHH it were lovely.

I spent a week at a B&B in Scotland some years ago. Having grown up in the States, the affinity for baked beans or Spaghetti at breakfast was something I found very difficult to wrap my head around. I did find that soup for lunch at a corner pub was an excellent and hearty choice, and there was more candy in every grocery and drug store than any other commodity. It was a delightful week, despite the typical overcast weather.
Stuart Harrison replied:
Thank you Joni! As a young lad I remember "Sweet Shops" were almost on every corner. It was like a scene from 'Harry Potter'.
